Reflection # 5

So the end of the school year is coming faster than I ever thought it would. As much as I hate admitting it, I have noticed that I am always the most motivated during the begining of the year. That is because I walk on campus with high expectations and promise myself that no matter how hard it gets, I am not going to lose that disposition. But unfortunately, I always tend to let go once the middle of the year hits. I don't neccessarily give up completely, but I do lack some of the commitment that I had walking in to school. I believe I really need to work on this bad habit. This is not a goot trait to carry on with you, and I do understand that it is important to change this before it gets the best of me. But I also understand that I am only human , so I do the best I can and try not to put to much pressure on myself. As soon as I feel about ready to close the book I just think about how much dissapointment I am going to feel when I fail an exam, or seeing a huge fat ZERO next to an assignment. It's not the best feeling in the world. So why not just avoid it and take care of my responsibilities? I plan on it. :)

Reflection Post #4

My long term goal is to be successfully dependent, have a beautiful family, a career that I am very happy with, and to travel and see ,many different parts of the world.

Dear Mom & Dad , 1/3/19

I just left japan with my family. We had an amazing time. I got to see many different things, and learn all about the asian culture. It was AMAZING! Hopefully you and dad are doing well. I just got a call for a job position yesterday and thought long and hard on if I should take it or not. But I realized I love the job that I have now, and couldn't ever trade it for anything in the world no matter how much it pays. The kids are doing great, they haven't been having many problems in school and they don't complain much. They've been asking about you guys. They miss you alot!! Well I'm about to get on the plane back to California. See you guys soon!

Love, your daughter.
